DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I booked for one night, arrived at 16:30, the doors were locked, the building looked run down, so I called them and they said they had no booking, and I lost £62. Nothing to like. After I booked, they told me I’d have to pay a £20 deposit for the key in case of damage—any damage would supposedly improve the place. Very poor.

This place is so bad it deserves a rating below one. It’s absolutely disgusting and should never house guests. I’ve already reported my concerns to bookings.com. Don’t stay here. There’s no hot water, the windows don’t close, the rooms are freezing, the bedding is dirty, the rooms are mouldy and smelly, and nothing works. The staff are useless.

Ground‑floor rooms are ideal for seniors and people with disabilities, and the rooms are roomy. One of them has a nice carpet. The bar has a piano, which is a nice touch, and there’s always someone to chat with. But there’s no hot water, the bedding is stained, the rooms are cold and there are no extra blankets for the winter. The wardrobe literally collapsed on me. Not everyone at reception speaks English, so I ran into some miscommunication when trying to sort things out.

A five‑minute walk from the beach and close to shops. The building feels extremely outdated and has a stale smell. The bedroom door didn’t open properly and I had to try a few times to unlock it. If you’re looking for a three‑star experience or higher, I wouldn’t bother.
