My recent stay was truly exceptional from start to finish. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to lend a helping hand with a smile. I was able to check in quickly and was in my spacious and beautifully furnished room in no time. I also appreciated the modern amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi and a smart TV, and the hotel's top-notch facilities.

I was really disappointed with my stay due to the condition of the room. The bedsheets, pillow, and comforter had noticeable stains, which wasn't exactly what I was looking for in a place to stay. To make matters worse, the room felt suffocating and lacked proper ventilation, making it quite uncomfortable.
