The reception staff were courteous. The air conditioning was poorly positioned at the entrance door, so it only reached one person. The shower was very small; to wash all the way to the feet you had to open the doors. Breakfast was somewhat lacking, and there were no descriptions of what was on the table (the person with me was allergic, so she had to be careful about what she ate, and I am lactose intolerant, so I ended up eating nothing and drinking a juice without knowing the composition of any cake).

Staff estremamente cordiale e disponibile, anche se non ci sono i mini-frigo nelle camere è stato possibile usufruire del frigo al bar dell'hotel. Ci hanno permesso di usufruire del parcheggio dell'hotel anche dopo il check-out delle 10, visto che avremmo fatto ancora il pomeriggio in spiaggia. Camere e servizi in ordine e puliti. Nulla di cui lamentarsi, per il prezzo che si paga il trattamento è lodevole. Anche la colazione a buffet era ottima, dalle 7.30 alle 9. Le camere potrebbero essere un pochino meno rumorose, ma nulla di insopportabile. All'arrivo il bagno era pulito, ma il pavimento della camera poteva esserlo un pochino di più

The staff were kind and accommodating, and nothing went wrong – everything was lovely.
