I was impressed by the onsen, the evening buffet, the friendly staff, and the ample parking. The room was spacious, with options for 3 futons and 2 Western beds, making it ideal for families. English was limited, but a translation app helped. However, the price was steep; even after booking a 5‑person room, I had to pay an extra ~25 euros just for a futon sheet for a child who didn’t need a blanket or pillow. Given the all‑inclusive model that charges adults from age 3, this felt like a real let‑down. The coffee also didn’t live up to the cost.
