“El lugar muy bonito pero la estancia ahí no me gusto , por el personal”

It wasn’t that I didn’t like it; from the first day I arrived I settled in but didn’t stay to sleep because that day the exit door was locked, there was only one staff member on duty who was in no condition to help because he was drugged, so I asked for the door to be opened for my safety and I didn’t return to sleep there, only for my clothes; what was lacking was that someone responsible and capable should have been on duty.

They offered hot water at any time and a smooth check‑in, yet the bathroom needed a bit more cleaning and one of the two mattresses felt a bit firm.
