The place was very neat and clean, the staff were very cooperative and behaved well, the location was easy to find and close to the Golden Temple, parking was available, the value for money was good, and there was a lift.

The hotel's got a really serene vibe, which was great for unwinding. However, I had some trouble getting online - the Wi-Fi was slow and kept dropping. Not ideal for a business trip, but if you're looking to relax, it's a good spot.
