“!Nos sentimos como en casa!”
Fue novedosa para nosotros la nueva modalidad de atención semipresencial. Un servicio au uqe autónomo, les funciona muy bien y la verdad que cuando tuvimos la oportunidad de ser atendidos por el personal, como siempre, los sigue distienguiendo la gentileza y la atención de primera. Nos quedamos en la habitación 106 y nos molestó la descarga del servicio sanitario de la habitación de la planta alta, la cual genera un ruido alto , sobre todo durante la noche

Breakfast was excellent, and the hotel’s location and facilities were great. However, the hot water never worked.
The hotel’s cleanliness is excellent and everything is in good condition; there are options to order food and room service, the breakfast is excellent, the location is great, and the staff is very friendly.

The best part of the accommodation was its facilities: the place is quite clean, easy to access, and only three blocks from Corferias. The room’s comfort was a big plus; we thought we’d feel cold in bed, but it actually kept a good temperature and never felt chilly. The shower also had hot water, which was much appreciated. The service left a lot to be desired, especially regarding parking and attention. At first they told us the parking would be included, but when we arrived the place was completely full. The space supposedly covered by the agreement was too small to be advertised as an included service. Moreover, the service was very impersonal. Upon arrival we had to ring the bell and wait about 10 minutes at the door before the manager appeared, who simply handed us the key and had us sign, giving no further information. There is no permanent service staff at reception. For checkout we called to have the room inspected, and the manager replied, “Ah yes, everything is in order, leave the key on the counter.” This made us feel very uneasy, as nobody formally received the room and there were no visible security cameras to confirm that we left everything in order. I do not recommend it if you’re looking for a safe stay with good service.
