The spot was spot on, smack in the middle of Florence’s shopping area, but climbing the stairwell at night was a pain, especially when the lights kept flickering out and it got pitch black; we had to use the elevator for our bags on the third floor, yet it still felt like a hassle.

“Lovely location to stay”

The place sits in a great spot, the staff responded perfectly, and the facilities were pretty solid, so I’d rate it 9 out of 10.

The host was genuinely sweet, always checking in, the location was excellent, and the lift was a lifesaver for moving luggage up and down; the room had a tiny fridge, kettle, and its own bathroom. However, the room didn’t match the photos on the site, was smaller, and lacked advertised features like a desk and coffee machine, which would have been handy; an iron was only in the communal foyer, which was fine given the limited storage, and the balcony was very small, opening onto a void and had an AC unit on it.

“Great location, very basic accommodation. Just what you need if you just need somewhere to rest and sleep whilst explori”

We appreciated the location, feeling in the city without the usual buzz; occasional noise from street cleaning and late‑night revelers did not disturb my sleep enough to cause any loss, and the evening market offered a lovely musical show until about 10 pm, plus a nice ice‑cream shop nearby. The space itself was very basic and compact but suitable for what it offered and the price.

Прекрасно място за престой! Локацията е уникална – в самия център и на пешеходно разстояние от всички забележителности. Стаята беше много приятна, уютна и изключително чиста. Домакините са много мили, приветливи и отзивчиви, което направи престоя ни още по-приятен. Чувствахме се чудесно и определено бихме избрали това място отново при следващото ни посещение във Флоренция. Силно препоръчваме!
