Great location, staff always greeted us with smiles, a large room with a view that was cleaned daily and a comfortable bed, and it’s right next to the transport hub and Terminal 21 for shopping.

The room was spacious and comfortable with a luxurious interior and amenities, and there were no problems.

The staff were very friendly and eager to help, and it was great to see upper management walking around and chatting with guests, keeping a close eye on things. The location was excellent, though a covered entrance to Asok BTR station would have been nice. Breakfast was pretty good and of decent quality, and the two single beds were huge with a fabulously comfortable mattress that made for great sleep. The hotel was almost fully booked, and I was stuck with a room that didn’t suit me, with no possibility to change or upgrade.

I received a bouquet and a cake as a birthday celebration, which made me really happy.

I was thrilled by the central spot, the rooms were cozy and the rooftop pool was a highlight, though the room felt a bit worn and the bathroom could use a touch of care.
