The rooms were spotless and the location was great, but the sweet breakfast could use some improvement.

The hotel’s facilities are well‑divided, clean, comfortable, and the staff are attentive. The buffet is varied and high quality, making for an exceptional vacation with all services within reach. The promenade and beach are just a 10‑minute walk away. A point of contention was the early closing of the pool bar; there was a queue at the lobby bar even though the bartenders were efficient, and if the pool bar were open it could have eased their workload and better served the hotel’s guests.

We absolutely loved this hotel, especially since it’s not a party spot and has no drunken tourists; the peace and immaculate cleanliness of the whole complex were pleasantly surprising. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, varied and well‑cared for, with Ernesto always checking in on guests and staff to keep everything running smoothly. After staying at the Barcelo Playa Blanca last year, we’re glad this place has such high‑quality staff and food. We were impressed by how many people work there and the great teamwork, which really makes guests feel at ease. I hope they keep it up, and I’d love to return next year. Our room, 1408, was pristine in both maintenance and cleanliness. On the downside, we didn’t dine any evenings because the buffet cost €30 per person without drinks, which seemed steep compared to the many affordable dining options at Playa Blanca like Arrozarte, Los Hervideros, and La Cofradía. The room felt very small and a bit cramped.
