The manager’s welcome and the staff’s availability were great, and the building’s style and architecture impressed me. The breakfast could use some improvement, even though the employee was very accommodating and helpful.

The staff were super friendly, the hotel sits in a beautiful authentic building in the center, yet it remains quiet and calm. We received a farewell gift. The room was a bit dark and the bathroom small, though it was neat and well‑maintained. I would have preferred regular towels instead of disposable ones; that was unpleasant.

This hotel exudes charm, is well‑equipped and spotless, and the staff are very friendly. Its location in the old town is superb.

Cozy hotel right in the heart of historic Pingyao. Walking distance to all the interesting spots. The bed is comfy and the bathroom practical. We missed a small fridge in the room, and we’re definitely not fans of the disposable towels—please provide real ones 🙏
