I was pleased with how close the hotel was to the old town, but the reception was never staffed, either all the time or at specific times.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was hearty and good, and the location was convenient on the market; even though it was in the centre, traffic was calm. There was a free parking spot just around the corner, easier to find with a GPS. The air purifiers were not to everyone’s liking, but in summer with ventilation it was fine.

The bed was wonderful and the size just right, yet the reception was hard to understand, no desk was visible because everything was locked, the entrance was unwelcoming and hard to find with both main and side doors closed and needing a bell, we couldn’t book breakfast, we spent three nights without seeing any staff, and in one room the shower worked while the rest of the bathroom was completely flooded.

The bed was very comfortable, and there was nothing negative.

The location was central right on the market square, rooms were clean and well equipped, but contacting the property was very difficult; a contactless check‑in was possible and I could only check in during the day. Additionally, I was warned upon arrival about a “psychologically unstable person” staying in the property, which made me feel unsafe. There was no way to check out.
