Nothing really positive. First, the payment was supposed to be made on site, yet they reached out on WhatsApp asking me to pay before I arrived. The room had a weird stale smell. Their welcome email promised help with airport transport, but when I asked, they said they couldn’t arrange it. My flight landed at 11 pm, so I asked if I could have food delivered before arrival and they refused. They were only interested in me paying ahead of time. I’ll never come back.

“I enjoyed myself and I will visit again”

I liked the upstairs room that backs the waters; it’s spacious with a large bed and TVs. The food and drinks are nice and affordable, though there’s a bit of noise coming from the bar.

“Bof, mais dans la moyenne des hôtels de Lagos”

The location was great, tucked in a quiet part of Lagos, which is hard to find there. Unfortunately the property looked neglected; the room was filled with dust and made me cough repeatedly. To make matters worse, some staff members were playing football outside my window at 2 am – something I’ve never experienced. Before I even set foot inside, the hotel kept pressuring me to settle the bill, calling me six times within half an hour. It was just average overall.

“Over all good. Breakfast and drinking water should be unlimited.”

Staff is good. Rooms are good. Location is good. View is very good with a lake. Breakfast is very limited. They do not provide drinking water except 2 small water bottles per day. There should be drinking water facility

The rooms were clean, but the price felt unnecessarily high.
