I loved the location, the cleanliness, and the room space, but when we asked for a take‑out container at the restaurant they didn’t have any, and the coffee selection could have been more varied.

The accommodations were clean, spacious, with room service and great staff, but the room’s air conditioner was noisy (it rattled) and kept us from sleeping with it on. That’s the kind of issue I expected to be better handled at a place with this price.

“Com exceção do piso sujo , estava muito bom, o café da manhã também estava excelente”

There was plenty of space and comfort, but the first apartment had a major leak from the bathroom and I had to change rooms. Also, the carpeted floor was a bit gross and dirty.

The hotel is clean and convenient, and the restaurant is good, but the rooms are small.

“Decent, value for money, close to Paulista Ave.”

Easy check in and out, no dramas. Room was clean and nice enough. Breakfast was good and never too busy. Location was close to Paulista. Room was quite noisy and there werent many nice little cafes and restaurants close by - lots of busy chain restaurants on Paulista. Maybe should've gone closer to Jardins. Also, booked a balcony room but door didnt open due to safety reasons
