The reception staff were very friendly and professional, but the location sent with the booking was wrong and far from the hotel; when I called the number provided, they sent a different location and named it Hotel Tulip and Abbasi Palace, so it took me more than 1 hour to find out, and I stayed only 10 minutes and it cost me 4200 because it was very dirty and I left the hotel at the same time.
