“Worst hotel ever stayed in”
The room was dirty, with blood stains on the bed. I booked two nights but left after one because it was so awful, and I’m still waiting for a refund.

It was noisy from 7 to 17h, and the bathroom had a strong odor; I wouldn't recommend or repeat it.

The staff were unbelievably kind, and even though the hotel was full we felt every request was already on their radar. The welcome was warm, the breakfast solid, but the evening buffet left a lot to be desired – it was cold and pretty basic.

The place itself is great, and the deal was solid, but the room was never cleaned.

The hotel’s location is spot on, the room was quiet, breakfast was good, and parking right outside was a plus. The spa, however, was cold and there was no water dispenser nearby, which was a let‑down.
