“Good overall”
The location, price, and cleanliness were all good. The shower was an issue.

The location was ideal and close to all transport links. The rooms lacked soundproofing.

Very comfortable, accessible, and quiet – the staff were very kind and we were grateful. The bathroom was very small and I noticed there is space to enlarge it; otherwise I was very satisfied and thankful.

The staff were cordial, the building was clean and close to the station, the bed was okay, and the elevator was free. No further comments.

The room was very clean and new, but the area felt unsafe because of drunken people or those who looked dangerous; the apartment is close to the station and the neighborhood’s decline is visible. The street was filthy, even with glass shards, and the trash bin was perpetually full, so garbage bags crowded the sidewalk. I’d pick a different area next time.
