Cleaning and room quality need improvement, some bugs are traveling in this place and it’s not comfortable here.

No bath towel was provided, and when we asked the staff still didn’t give one. The room was just average, the bathroom had no mirror, and I was disappointed with the room, facilities, and staff behavior.

Service and cleanliness were good, but the hotel is located more than a kilometre away from Ragigudda, so the claim that it’s near Ragigudda is false.
