Honestly, I was a bit put off by the inconsistency in pricing - different staff members gave me different quotes for the same room. Not exactly what I'd call transparent.

This place was a total disaster - staff were super rude and made us feel like we were a bother. My dad's from around here and I booked a room for two, but when he came to visit during the day, they said he wasn't allowed to see me - what's up with that? And don't even get me started on the parking situation - they can't even accommodate more than two cars, and you'll have to pay extra to park elsewhere. Oh, and good luck getting hot water - they've got a solar geyser that wastes a ton of water.

There was nothing to like about this place. The staff behaved in a pathetic and very rude manner. I’m a local and after getting married I came from Delhi to Haridwar to visit my father, but they said he couldn’t meet me because I booked a room for two. Where is it stated that visitors aren’t allowed during the day? During my stay they irritated us a lot, even for car parking—they don’t have parking for more than two cars. You have to use paid parking, and they’re big liars. Even for hot water they don’t have geysers; they have a solar geyser that forces you to waste a lot of water for a bath.
