We only liked the stay close to the beach . Only the bell boy had a smile and welcoming attitude. Thank you for the cake slice for my birthday. What We Didn’t Like Unfortunately, there were a few aspects of our stay that did not meet our expectations, especially considering the standard of the property. 1. Room & Sea View Our room had only a partial sea view. During our stay, the property did not appear to be fully booked, and we felt that a room with a full sea view could have been offered, particularly as this would have made our stay more memorable. 2. Food Quality We had lunch at the property, but unfortunately, the food was not up to the standard we expected. It felt more like fast food rather than freshly prepared, quality hotel cuisine. Given the overall positioning of the property, we expected much better quality and presentation. 3. Breakfast & Coffee Facilities There was only one coffee machine available during breakfast, and it repeatedly stopped working and required attention. This caused inconvenience, particularly during the busy breakfast period. Having an additional coffee machine or a more reliable setup would significantly improve the breakfast experience. 4. Vegetarian Options As vegetarian guests, we found that there were not enough thoughtfully prepared vegetarian choices. More variety and dedicated vegetarian preparations would have been appreciated. 5. Personal Connection & Hospitality This was perhaps our biggest disappointment. We stayed for four nights, but unfortunately, we never really felt a personal connection with the hotel team. None of the staff or managers meaningfully connected with us during our stay or checked in to understand how our experience was going. For a four-night stay, we expected to feel welcomed and recognised as guests rather than feeling like strangers throughout our visit. A simple personal interaction from the management team would have made a significant difference
We got a huge 90 m² family room for five, complete with a kitchen nook that we only used as a fridge. Breakfast was generous and matched the hotel’s standard, and the lobby felt a little cramped, but overall it was a very good value for the price. The windows didn’t block road or street‑event noise well at night, and the hotel didn’t provide beach towels—you have to rent them with the loungers on the beach.
We spent a week there and it was very comfortable; the room was clean and the ocean view was beautiful, so every morning I’d first look out at the sea to start the day. The service was excellent, and when our family fell ill with gastroenteritis the hotel kindly made warm congee for my child, which really touched us. Julie was especially helpful, checking on us and asking how we were doing; we appreciated her kindness. The only problem was the bed size: we booked a two‑bedroom room with king‑size beds, but one was smaller than expected. I hope the hotel can fix that. Overall, we had a wonderful week and would definitely recommend it; we’d love to return next time we visit Da Nang.
“Top on the top”
Perfect
“Overall. It was still a great hotel.”
The beach was just a short walk away, breakfast was excellent, and the rooms offered plenty of space. However, the hotel felt too large, crowded, and the lobby couldn’t accommodate everyone at once.
