The location was convenient and the façade looked nice, and the buffet breakfast was acceptable. However, when we checked in we faced problems because the hotel’s check‑in system failed—our reserved room couldn’t be found, so we had to wait three hours until the network was fixed. The lights went out, disabling the electronic locks, so we had to get a manual key from reception and the room was dark. Even though a kettle was in the room, there were no tea bags; all we could do was boil water. The breakfast also lacked any cottage‑cheese dish.

Вперше були у Трускавці,рада що обрали ваш готель. У вартість входить відвідування спа, яке працює з 10 до 21.30. А також сніданок. Номер великий ,з двох кімнат, балкон. Ми задоволені цілком

The hotel’s location is excellent, right across from the springs. Inside, it’s warm and comfortable, and the rooms have balconies. The pool is clean, with heated water. Breakfast offers a good selection. We arrived late, but reception handled everything quickly and we were checked in. The hotel is pet‑friendly, so you can bring your animals. The water pressure was low.

The room itself was fine—everything was beautiful, convenient, and comfortable. I didn’t like the staff’s attitude when we rented the room for a day; they told us we could use the pool in the morning, but then, with a disdainful tone, said why we needed a pool card because it was a sanitation day. They never mentioned this when we booked, yet assured us we could swim in the morning.
