The staff and layout are good. Cleanliness, order, and furniture are lacking.

“If you are traveling with your family, this is the perfect place to stay”

The hotel is exceptionally clean and provides everything a family could need during their stay. The customer service team is always available, welcoming every request with a smile and responding quickly and efficiently. The location is excellent, with easy access to the main hospitals. The hotel is quiet and offers a beautiful view overlooking the streets and skyline of Amman. The reception staff are outstanding, friendly, and always willing to help. Mr. Fadi, in particular, was exceptional, consistently going above and beyond to ensure guests were satisfied and often offering assistance even before we had to ask. Absolutely nothing negative; I had no negative experience during my stay.
