The location near Greenslopes Private Hospital was easy to find and the rooms were spacious, but the carpet in our room needed new or at least a stain clean, the bathroom looked very dated, and I’d stay again only if I had to.

“Clean it, renovated it, low standards”

Only the location mattered; the room was unpainted, had chipped cabinetry and old tiles, the TV was too small and too far from the bed, the carpet was filthy, stained, and smelly, and the reception staff had no personality, were not welcoming, and seemed indifferent.

“OK but unlikely to return”

It’s safe and well located, but there are a lot of stairs and the room feels old and tired.

I paid a fair price for two nights, got free parking, and the spot near Greenslopes Hospital was handy; free Wi‑Fi worked fine and the staff were friendly and helpful.
