Yes, but the reception lacked empathy; they were on a phone call, no sign for waiting guests, giving a bad first impression of the hotel's quality.

Breakfast was rich and good, and the staff were very courteous. The location is very central, right next to the cathedral, and I was able to check in as early as 7:15 h. I didn’t get any answers to my inquiries. The hotel feels somewhat untidy and lacking in care, not especially clean, and some installations are not in order. The room photos are misleading: they show different rooms—a window that’s fine but on a very noisy street, a refrigerator, an armchair, etc. The street noise was loud all night, and the street lamp seemed to shine directly into the room.
