Situated 500 metres from Yeppoon Central, it's 2 minutes' drive from the main beach and 1 minute from the shopping centre and hospital. Private rooms feature a bathroom, flat-screen TV, and refrigerator, with restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance.

It was very eclectic, and starting the day with a continental breakfast was nice. The room was very small and the window was too high to see out, which was disappointing.

Very clean and tidy; the gardens and lawn were immaculate, but it isn’t within walking distance to the main beach area.
