The staff’s attention was everything, yet the Wi‑Fi was nonexistent, making it impossible to work two afternoons; this mistake shouldn’t happen at a hotel of this standard in the tech age.

The suite was roomy, the location unbeatable and the restaurant served excellent dishes, with breakfast that really impressed. The team was proactive and took care of us, which made a big difference. Unfortunately the bathroom wasn’t cleaned when we arrived, leaving a pretty bad first impression for a hotel at this level.
