The welcome was excellent. The room was spacious, well‑furnished, brand new, and very clean. We found complimentary bottled water and a coffee machine with pods. It was a pleasure to arrive and find two little surprises. The location was central with an exit onto the seafront. Breakfast was served at a partner bar that offered great brioche and cappuccino. Thank you for your generous hospitality.

The location, cleanliness, welcome, and availability were all spot on. I had requested a room for two with two beds; the photos seemed to show two French beds, but we ended up with a double bed and a sofa bed. The room is comfortable and spacious, but the photo and my request didn’t match.

The owner was kind and welcoming, the room was new and clean, and the location was great—right behind the seafront, close to the Terme and all the nearby services, markets, restaurants, pizzerias, etc. We will definitely come back.
