“Muito bom”

I stayed in a superb, comfortable suite with air‑conditioning; the bed is huge and there’s even a sofa bed. TV is in the kitchen area, living room, and bedroom, all spotlessly clean and organized—well done. I didn’t like that breakfast wasn’t available on site, though that was amazing.

The staff are very helpful and polite. Special thanks to Luis for swapping my dates and sending me a city‑tour itinerary. There’s free streaming for guests and the internet is excellent. If the lighting is an issue, you’ll need an eye‑mask because part of the room is poorly lit.

“Alerta para atender melhor os clientes”

The location, staff, and amenities are fine. The bathroom’s storage box has no door, flooding the whole bathroom; there’s no coat rack, so you can’t hang clothes or towels while showering, only a tiny mirror. In the suite area there’s no dresser with drawers for packing, which made it hard for two women traveling to get ready.
