I was lodged in a hostel with the kids. It’s supposed to be a place to sleep and relax, and the worst part is a bad mattress that sinks…incredible. Room 104.

The price was reasonable, and the room, while not large, was suitable. Nothing else stood out.

The pension was clean and smelled good, with two towels per person, and we were greeted warmly. It was inexpensive and not negligible. Breakfast cost 6 euros at the hotel and included croissant, charcuterie, cereals, fruit juice… very good. The bathroom was small and the shower narrow; one had mold, the other had a split basin. There was no air‑conditioning, but we were warned beforehand. The sliding door was jammed. Keys were collected at the hotel two streets away, and breakfast was served there as well.

Cleanliness, price, and location were all good. The shower was clogged.
