The AC was broken, the washroom had no water, and neither the cistern nor the shower worked. The room was dirty, towels had a bad smell, and the hangers were almost nonexistent for a double room. Pillow covers were filthy. Overall, the experience was terrible for the price paid, and I would advise anyone else to avoid staying here with a double accommodation.

We had to leave before checkout because the night‑shift manager was drunk and abusive toward me and my elderly mother. The place feels unsafe for single women and for women in general at night due to the inebriated, rowdy staff.

I booked this hotel near Howrah Junction because all others were full, hoping a night would be fine. Unfortunately, the mattress was the worst I've ever slept on; I woke up in pain, and it turned out to be very old with exposed steel springs. I ended up needing a doctor for a check‑up. The service was mediocre, but I can't fault anything that wasn't there.
