Hotel Santa Anna, a family-run hotel in L'Estartit, boasts an outdoor pool and sun terrace, 100 metres from the port. Air-conditioned rooms feature flat-screen satellite TVs, private bathrooms, and free Wi-Fi. L'Estartit Beach is 150 metres away. The hotel offers free diving equipment storage, a restaurant serving Catalan cuisine, and a rooftop breakfast terrace with sea views, near Medes Islands diving excursions.

The terrace on the fourth floor is great for breakfast. I disagree with the “Excellent” rating and the score of 9.1. In my view, reviews should also consider the best and easiest rooms, especially the economy ones. Our room faced inward, directly onto a private apartment. The other inward‑facing rooms also formed a very tight connection.

Breakfast, a very pretty pool, friendly staff, and they let us stay in the pool after we checked out.
