“Nice cozy stay”

The layout was lovely, the location was great (close to the metro, a small grocery, and on a canal), it was private, the bed was comfy, and the owner was lovely and easy to communicate with, yet the towels were clean but musty and the towel rail didn’t seem to work, so there was no way to dry them.

“Great location in Amsterdam”

The spot was spot on and the host was super friendly. Knowing it’s just an apartment in the house—not a shared building—made it easy to drop off luggage early or pick it up late. We ran into a hiccup, but the host upstairs came over, apologized, and left a nice gift to smooth things over.

“Wonderful apartment, picturesque neighbourhood and fantastic location for a family trip to Amsterdam!”

The location was fantastic, the ground floor was very convenient for a stroller, it had excellent amenities and was very family/baby friendly with a cot, bathtub, highchair and some toys; the kitchenette was helpful and well stocked, the room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was very nicely finished; Claire was so helpful and friendly, easy to reach if we had a question but also respected our privacy, and everything was great.
