The hotel’s service was good, but the menu they showed us was completely different from what we were promised.

Overall, the hotel was quite good. The rooms were comfortable, and we appreciated the upgrade to a suite, thanks to Nurlan Samadli for arranging this. The only downside is that the hotel is located quite far from the city centre. However, this makes it a good choice for those looking for a quiet and relaxing stay away from the city.

I wouldn’t recommend it. I requested a celebration for our anniversary and was never responded to, even though I had spoken to them two weeks before booking. The windows had a mosquito net that was very flimsy, especially for children, and I couldn’t sleep because I feared my child would open the window. The breakfast restaurant was okay, but dinner was not good. The staff would take your belongings to the room and ask for a tip. The outdoor sessions were abandoned and truly frightening.

The hotel sits in a truly picturesque area, surrounded by breathtaking nature, peaceful scenery, and a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere—ideal for escaping the hustle and bustle. I especially want to thank Mr. Nurlan for his exceptional hospitality and attentive service; he was always ready to help with any request and genuinely did his best to ensure every guest felt comfortable, welcomed, and satisfied throughout their stay. I also want to mention the wonderful singer who performed every evening during dinner. She has a beautiful voice and an excellent repertoire, with songs in different languages and styles to suit every taste, creating a very pleasant and elegant atmosphere during dinner.
