“Poor experience”

The rooms were clean, but no cleaning was done unless you specifically requested it. There was no way to book a taxi for guests. Breakfast was very basic and not edible; paper plates and plastic cutlery were not what I expected. We had to ask for water and coffee refills in our rooms, as that wasn’t automatic either.

It was very expensive for what it offered, and the hotel was in disarray. The place was chaotic and disorganized.

Breakfast was good and there was plenty to choose from. I didn't have any other comments or complaints. Overall, it was a decent start to the day.

“Nice Property, Fair Value, I'd Return”

Overall a great stay. The property was nice, the pool was good, and the CVI restaurant was pleasant. Getting around was a bit confusing unless you look at the map beforehand, and parking was a little annoying, but it didn't ruin the experience.
