“Beautiful property, but a terrible and deeply disappointing guest experience.”

The location was fine. Our experience was extremely disappointing. During our stay, the property hosted a loud event in the courtyard, with music and significant noise continuing late into the night. We were staying with a small child who needed to sleep, yet we were not informed in advance that an event would be taking place. I find it unacceptable for an accommodation to host paying overnight guests while simultaneously holding a noisy event that seriously disrupts their stay. What made the experience even worse was the way our complaint was handled afterwards. Instead of acknowledging the impact this had on us, our concerns were dismissed. We felt there was very little consideration for us as guests and ultimately chose to leave rather than spend another night there. I would definitely not recommend this property to families with young children or to anyone expecting a quiet and relaxing stay.

The rooms were spotless, spacious, and came with every comfort; the service was excellent, but the mosquitoes were a nuisance.

We never found such tranquility and breathtaking views elsewhere; the kittens and morning bird songs kept us company.

The manager is a very kind and helpful guy, but the other guests didn’t show any respect at all—kids shouted until late at night. It’s not the property’s fault, but we expected to dine there and instead the service was no longer offered.
