The room was nice and the location was good. However, there were many bugs on the wall, and I was given only one towel for a five‑night stay.

“We will probably stay there again because we are accustomed to this property”

The location was convenient, and staff member Elizabeth was VERY helpful! Our room (109) needed several repairs: the toilet had to be flushed twice, the A/C furnace wasn’t working properly, and the TV remote didn’t work. Elizabeth brought in two more remotes, but they didn’t work either.

“Horrible”

The first room had a broken TV, so I was moved as soon as I arrived. The second room had a horrible smell, no trash bag or trash can, and people were hanging out in the parking lot all night.

I found the shower curtain confusing: if I put it in the tub it gets soaked; if I leave it on the outside of the tub, the floor gets soaked. There were no hooks to hang anything on. Some on‑and‑off noise probably came from a water heater. I couldn’t find the TV remote, but the bed was nice.

Nothing worth mentioning; everything was terrible.
