I only appreciated the polite lady during the day; the night staff were rude. The place feels like a converted parking lot where you can raise your hand and hit the ceiling. There are no windows for ventilation. The space is super cramped, no windows, the room is at the back like a cave, suffocating with no airflow. This place should have its permit reviewed.

The stay was bad in every way; I don’t recommend it, not even for free. The shower burned, we were poorly received, the room was bad, and it was very noisy at night. Everything was bad.

The hygiene and air circulation were terrible, and honestly I didn't like anything.

The only thing that was good was the location and the staff who were very friendly, but the manager was extremely rude and aggressive, arguing with me and my husband over a camera audio and disrespecting me. He can't handle customers, the space is cramped and smells like mold, it was very noisy, we couldn't sleep, and other guests complained too. My room had a bed that looked like it was built on the floor, hard and with a 5 cm mattress, like a sleeping pad, and the blankets and towels were very smelly. It was a horrible experience, I won't come back.
