The organization was solid, but the restaurants were closed, and the reservation system only worked for the few open ones, leaving no people at the others; also there were no mid‑day pool snacks like other all‑inclusive places.

The staff were friendly and warm, making you feel at home, and the facilities were pretty; the beach was gorgeous and worth recommending, especially since I stayed during low season and the hotel was quiet. However, while the food variety was good, having snack zones between meals would be a nice improvement.

The pools were a highlight, but the food was always the same, and the ice cream from the machine tasted odd, as if it had mold inside.
