“Una breve vacanza in una parte molto apprezzabile della citta’”
The place is very clean, pleasant and comfortable, but there was a lack of light in the bag.

The location is great, the room is clean, beautiful and welcoming, but I would have preferred the towels to be changed daily; overall everything went very well.
The room was clean, quiet, and the bed was great, but it turned out to be a bit farther from the city center than I had hoped.

The location is good, yet I expected more hospitality. After a long flight from Canada, we were standing outside the property and the host wouldn’t let us in until I paid an extra €20 for early check‑in plus the city tax. I understand an early‑check‑in fee may exist, but the way it was handled felt far from warm or welcoming.
“Superb three day stay”
We had stayed before and were delighted to find it as good as we remembered; communication via WhatsApp for check‑in was excellent, the room was spotless and serviced daily, the bed was comfortable, a fridge came with two water bottles, and a lift could move luggage to the first floor. Its central location near the Vatican and Ottaviano metro offers plenty of restaurants and bars. Nothing to dislike!
