The owner was very thoughtful, giving us four small cakes and opening the door for us before we arrived, plus a spa voucher for Wanshigaku. The only complaint is that the scent in the stairwell was a bit strong.

We absolutely loved our stay! The spot is just a short walk from Lake Toya, and the apartment is spacious, well‑furnished, and comfy. With two bedrooms plus a living area that can double as a sleeping spot, it’s perfect. Wi‑Fi is fast and reliable. Guests get a discount to the nearby hotel onsen, where you can soak in an amazing bath with a view of Lake Toya. The host is friendly, helpful, and always ready to help. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would definitely return and recommend this place.
