The staff were kind and helpful. The highlight of this place is the breakfast, which I always enjoy with its intricate Kobe style. The facility is old, but I think it is well maintained.

“坂道がキツかったけど素敵な思い出ができました”

I liked the corner room because it opens onto the outside and the room was spacious and good. The only downside was that the outlets were only at a low position, making them inconvenient to use.

“親切丁寧、配慮の行き届いたホテル”

The upgraded room was a pleasant surprise during our three‑day, two‑night stay, and the staff’s attentiveness was much appreciated; the meals were consistently tasty and well‑balanced. The view left something to be desired, but since they took good care of us I won’t dwell on it.

“ゆっくり休めて良かったです”

The single room felt spacious and the shampoo provided in the bathroom was decent, but the curtains were a bit tricky to close.

The staff were friendly at dinner and breakfast. The step up at the bathroom entrance was quite large.
