The office staff and security were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and there was a fitness room. However, a few of my items went missing.

The staff were great—kind, helpful, and considerate. They provided two bottles of water per day and several coffee packets. The room was clean and safe. The room was uncomfortable and hot; the air‑conditioner was capped at 27 °C, making it too warm to sleep. There was no shower divider, so the shower flooded everything. The water was lukewarm most of the time, and the mattress was rock hard and thin.
