The room was clean, neat and quite comfortable, and the staff were friendly and always quick to help.

A very nice 4‑star hotel with good quality, meeting western standards and comfort, featuring a pool and a nice breakfast; the stay was very satisfying and offered great value for money.

I appreciated that the rooms were spacious and they showed me a couple of options, but the rooms were filthy, so I had to cancel and book elsewhere; they were unhelpful when I arrived two hours early and tried to charge me extra just to view the room before check‑in, even though I was fine waiting until 2 pm; when I finally saw the room it was dirty everywhere, the door wouldn’t close properly, and it felt like the hotel hadn’t had maintenance in years; the manager was rude, telling me that if I wanted better cleaning I should stay at a pricier hotel.

The staff were slow to hand over the laundry basket, and when it finally arrived it was unusable; they had mistakenly filled it with coffee instead of water, which would have ruined my clothes if I hadn't noticed.
