The pool was the highlight of our stay, but unfortunately, the pillows were a letdown.
The rooms were spotless and well-maintained.
The hotel's location was a major plus, right in the heart of the city.
The view of the garden was lovely.

We were welcomed by the ladies, who were competent and professional. My room was large, warm, and comfortable. No complaints – I’m happy.

The facilities are comfortable. There was a power outage in the morning and the place had no generator; after a long wait, they handed us buckets of hot water for showers.

The property staff keeps me in the loop, making international travel smoother. The lobby smells great, stays tidy, and the electric blankets added extra comfort during winter. The room is big and spacious yet still cosy. The location is also very close to the Ngwenya border. The breakfast is prepared as you arrive, and it seems one staff member tends to everyone at the same time, which was too slow.
