Located 6 km from Auxerre's city center, the hotel offers 24-hour reception and is accessible from the A6 motorway via the Joigny-Migennes exit, 15 km from the train station and 7 km from Branches Airport.

The food was mediocre and the hotel environment was mediocre.

The location near the highway, the bakery, and the bread were very good. I received a message telling me the restaurant was open, but it was actually closed, unclean, and very old.

We arrived on Saturday evening and quickly noticed there was no hot water in the hotel rooms; after asking reception staff and other guests, the issue was fixed the next day, allowing us to shower on Sunday morning. The room was clean, but the stairs and access were old, poorly maintained, and needed refurbishment. The bed was comfortable enough, though the pillows were very hard, and the lighting was minimal. Sound insulation was poor. On the bright side, the breakfast was varied and plentiful. Overall, we do not recommend the Campanile d'Auxerre Monéteau.
