The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home.
The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, but unfortunately, the lack of windows in our room was a bit of a letdown.
The location was ideal for my conference, with good transport links to the airport and nearby attractions.
The room itself was a lovely surprise, with very good lighting and incredibly comfy beds.

“Genial”
The staff were extremely friendly. We could store our bags both before check‑in and after check‑out. The room was excellent—spacious and clean.
It was clean, cozy, and the room was huge! Nothing at all bothered me; I liked everything.
The staff, location, and the information we received about the city were good. The accommodation was clean and close to a large supermarket. Some rooms were still a bit outdated – for example, the TV didn't work.
Our room had no window, only a few cutouts in the wall to the hallway, so hallway light flooded in and it stayed bright all night.

Beautiful property at a great location. Restaurants, cafes, bars, atm's, laundry and mall within walking distance. Very comfortable bed. Drinking water available to refill your thermo. Staff were very kind, always providing recommendations on places to visit and local dishes to try. Minor issue with the sink faucet which was reported and fixed next day. No elevator to 2nd floor, just keep in mind if you are carrying large luggage
