The staff were amazing and the hotel itself was beautiful, but the room stayed really hot and I struggled to lower the temperature.

The location was decent, yet the room was dingy, dark, poorly maintained, and I was bitten in bed by what I assume were bed bugs.

The location was extremely convenient, the room was spacious, the bathroom was also large, and we liked having a coffee machine in the room, but there was no bottled water provided. We know tap water in Washington, D.C. is safe, but we’re not used to drinking it, so bottled water would have been appreciated.
