Everything was great, a small hotel with easy access to everything. I thank Ceyhan Hanım for her support throughout my stay and for reserving a table at the à la carte restaurant. I recommend it. The water and ayran brands don’t match the hotel’s beauty, and the variety of red meat could be increased.

“Parfait”

Everything was excellent: the food, the beach, the staff. Avoid the annex; we were able to change rooms easily after the first night.

The hotel is beautiful with a lovely beach. All the staff are very kind and helpful, making our stay unforgettable. I’d love to return.

“Overall, it’s a nice place with potential, but with the current staff it’s a very poor experience.”

What you can expect at the hotel: the building is nice with small but clean rooms; the path to the beach is short; the beach bar offers good midday food, especially the lachmadjun; food isn’t varied but good at the restaurant; Victoria, one of the guest relations managers, is trying to help and resolve issues; there’s very pleasant live piano music before dinner and the player is wonderful. What made our stay unpleasant, besides the cancellation after check‑out (still pending to understand why the hotel is lying to avoid a negative review): on 20.09 after 21:30pm the staff called and knocked on our room while we had a Do Not Disturb sign and a sleeping 7‑month‑old; the staff doesn’t speak English (some Russian, not everyone) and is not friendly or helpful. On 26.09 after checkout, someone from reception came to us asking if they could help; we asked to order a taxi to travel 2 km within Beldibi town – the answer was “you’re already in Beldibi, maybe you want to go to Kemer?” 😬 After that, staff tried to cancel our stay on Booking to avoid us posting a review. The kids’ chairs at the restaurant are dirty, it seems the staff doesn’t clean them after meals; the noise from the hotel nearby is intense from 21 h till midnight, making it very tough to sleep; the bed is narrow, with a very soft mattress and a shorter middle leg, meaning you sink in the centre.

Her öğünde taze ve özenle hazırlanmış tatlar denemek tatilimizin en keyifli kısımlarından biri oldu. Mutfak ve restoran ekibine bu harika lezzetler için çok teşekkür ederiz
