The hotel’s cleaning staff was extremely diligent and kind; they cleaned our room flawlessly and helped us with every request sincerely and generously. We’ve never experienced such service and hospitality in any other hotel or country we’ve visited. We feel very comfortable and valued here. Thanks to him and the management.

The location was perfect for what we needed, and Layla in particular took time to sort out our booking and everything else.

The neighbourhood feels pretty good, and at least one staff member spoke English. Our stay was abysmal: we booked a room with two single beds, but on arrival we learned all those rooms were closed for renovations. My mum and I were moved into a queen‑size room, and only after I complained did they promise a queen‑size bed plus a single bed. The single bed turned out to be a dirty mattress on the floor – something I’d never seen before, and honestly a shameful level of service. On top of that, the bathroom smelled.
