“Excelente”

I booked a single night to catch a concert and was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable for one person, though it lacked air conditioning, which was fine given the weather. The front‑desk guy was very friendly, and the breakfast was great too. The tram stop and metro were both close by. Nothing else to complain about; everything was fine.

The hotel sits in a very quiet spot and is impeccably clean. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet is generous with a wide variety of options.

“Werde ich auf jeden Fall beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Düsseldorf wieder buchen!”

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a great selection. I especially liked that the coffee was served in a small thermos directly on the table—a big plus. I would definitely stay again. The room was on the lower floor, and as a solo traveler it felt a bit eerie because the window faced the street side (or parking lot?) and I had a nagging sense that someone might be standing in front of the window.

Estuvimos por los conciertos de Backstreetboys. Accesibilidad, zona muy tranquila, muy cerca de Supermercado (Aldi y Lidl) , fácil acceso a la zona central con el tren U71 y al concierto! Todo muy bien!

“Schäbig und ich habe Beweisse (Fotos und Video)”

The location is close to the U‑bahn station. The carpet floor is dirty with stains everywhere, there are insects in the bathroom, the exhaust fan in the bathroom is far too loud, and the walls are filthy, yet the hotel claims three stars. Not recommended at all!!!
